Final Project

Please write your own code for K-means clustering algorithm in Python (not calling the library or function). Read in Longotor1delta.xls file and use only genes listed in interested_genes.txt. Normalize the data and then feed into your K-means clustering to form clusters. You and your team need to try different K parameters for draw a one page conclusion report in English, such as III RESULTS in ICMLA2013 longevity paper.doc.
